Quaint cottage located just 1/3 mile walk to charming Black Mountain. Three bedrooms (Queen, full, and twin) and one bathroom easily accessible on one level. Bring your pup to enjoy the large back yard or enjoy the sounds of the Flat Creek river in the back yard. Fully stocked kitchen with drip coffee maker to enjoy a cup of joe on the back deck overlooking the creek! Easy walk to the Greenway or dinner in Black Mountain. Only minutes away you will enjoy family-friendly waterfall hikes, many breweries and art galleries, fabulous local restaurants and the top tourist attraction, The Blue Ridge Parkway. Located just 15 minutes from Asheville, 20 minutes to the Biltmore Estate, and 45 minutes to Lake Lure and Chimney Rock. A starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags are provided.
Living Are, Kitchen & Dinning
The open floorplan of the main living area provides plenty of seating including barstools looking into the kitchen. Cozy up next to the electric fireplace on those chilly mountain nights. Dining table with seating for 5 in the kitchen. Stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. The door in the kitchen leads to the wrap around deck with a propane grill and seating for alfresco dining! Board games, cards and books provided for rainy day fun!
Outdoor Area & Amenities
Parking for 3+ cars is available. The yard backs up to the Greenway which you can access the entrance by walking three doors down, you will see the entrance behind the Primary School. Flat Creek also runs behind the house for fun moments to cool your feet after a long hike! Down by the creek there is picnic table and firepit for you to enjoy!
Bed & Bath
Three bedrooms and one bathroom on one level. One bedroom contains a twin bed and washer and dryer in the closet for use if needed during your stay. The second bedroom contains a queen bed and the third bedroom has a full sized bed. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
T.V.
Stream favorite Netflix and Amazon Prime shows on the smart TV. and fire stick. Wi-fi is provided.

Perfectly located just a 1/3 mile walk from Downtown Black Mountain. Located just 17 miles from downtown Asheville, it’s a short drive to unique shops, quality restaurants and local galleries. Explore The Biltmore Estate, a 20 minute trip from home. Learn about our local hiking trails, explore the quaint town of Black Mountain, or take a quick ride to the Blue Ridge Parkway to explore more trails and spectacular views. Chimney Rock State Park and Lake Lure is only a 45 minute drive. Grocery store just a mile away.
